Spring Time. Easter Week and Changed

This Lent I decided on Intermittent Fasting for my sacrifice.
IF as they call it. I averaged 16 hours of Fasting daily I did it for the whole forty days. I'm still doing it.
But recently something has comeback. Unfortunately.
I have been getting ocular migraines that won't shake. It scared me at first I thought I was losing my eyesight in one eye, then I remembered (it's been years) I've had them before.
IF can help with Crohn's disease you just have to be in a mindset to do it.
I also changed up my diet and added healthy grass fed beef, local eggs.
I still do green drinks, electrolytes, trace minerals and other liquid supplements (They are best for Crohn's since I don't digest much of anything).

I haven't lost much weight (more inches). And the juries still out on the positive effects on Crohn's.

More changes.  ..
I was able to get a rebounder (mini tramp) for a early birthday gift.
I can only do 5 mins (it's for lymphatic system and gotta start slow). And not everyday. It's a major detox!
I'm starting up Red light therapy again this week. That can help Crohn's and migraines!
I know the devil wants to discourage me. And give me fearful thoughts.

But Jesus was in the Desert and got dogged by the devil non stop. Of Course He's Jesus! Our Saviour.
The human side of him understands our suffering. The Holy Trinity we know allows the devil to dog us... We grow closer to the Holy Trinity through our trials.

As a 12 Step Catholic it can be tricky. I still battle sugar addiction and have a fondness for some junky foods. And I am not the greatest at discipline.

But I try. And I fall with my little crosses and get up. Just like Our Savior did on his way to Calvary.

I love Easter Season as a Catholic. Although it is bittersweet with the Passing of our Papa Francis on Easter Monday.
I know we are all praying, doing Litanies, Rosaries, Novenas for the repose of Papa Francisico's soul.
He had a tough act to follow as did St Benedict with St John Paul 2 coming before them.

Divine Mercy Sunday is coming upon us. And I know many of us look forward to another great blessing in our Faith.
God Bless Us All.
I pray today that all of us come together in love and kindness.
